Rock Creek Farm Public Water System    Boulder County, Colorado*

The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department proposed to convert an historic farmhouse to a Department conference and meeting center on the Rock Creek Farm property.  The site design included the upgrade of the farm’s water supply and distribution system to accommodate the new meeting facility.  Design responsibilities included providing construction documents for a new well house and pump system, in addition to proposed utility coordination with existing water, sanitary, and shallow utility service lines.

23rd Avenue Improvements    Greeley, Colorado*

The redevelopment of Greeley Mall necessitated the need for intersection and turn-lane improvements to accommodate the infrastructure improvements.  Extensive design and construction coordination was required between the developer and the City to insure safe traffic ingress and egress to the existing Greeley Mall during the construction phase of this project.
